Thank you for shopping with Free-Luigi.online. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered unless required by law or in cases of defective or damaged items.

All items are custom-made to order and considered final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: All products in our store.
- Digital/downloadable products.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Clearance or sale items.

Defective or Damaged Items
We understand that issues may arise during production or shipping. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
When contacting us, please provide:

- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Offer a replacement of the same item, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
How to Return an Item

Refunds

Exchanges
